Wolf Theiss advises leading banks of the issuance of telekom slovenije eurobond issue
WOLF THEISS ADVISES LEADING BANKS ON THE ISSUANCE OF TELEKOM SLOVENIJE EUROBOND ISSUE
Wolf Theiss is serving as local counsel to BNP Paribas and Credit Suisse on the public offer of Telekom Slovenije's EUR 300 million Eurobond issue to be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
The transaction marks the first time a Slovenian corporation outside the banking sector has issued Eurobonds. The total volume of the bonds issued by Telekom Slovenije d.d., the government-owned telecommunications company, will be EUR 300 million and have a maturity of seven years. The total amount of the bond issue's proceeds will be used to finance existing debt at more favourable rates.
