INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW: WOLF THEISS COLLECTS ANOTHER PRIZE IN LONDON

On 19 November, at the WORLDleaders International IP Awards in London, Wolf Theiss received the special prize 'Highly Commended' in the 'Excellence in trademark practice/litigation in private practice' category for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The award ceremony was held at Madame Tussauds in London. The year before, the law firm netted a special prize for 'Excellence in IP Litigation'.

'This award is terrific confirmation of the fact that we are leading the field not only in Austria but also internationally as far as experience, competence and results are concerned', noted a delighted Georg Kresbach, Head of the Wolf Theiss IP & IT Practice Group, who accepted the award for its work in London. 'IP law is developing rapidly, above all on the international stage. The WORLDleaders International IP Awards are presented annually in London by 'Trademark World', 'Patent World' and 'Copyright World', three leading specialist magazines.
